DELIVERY


How much is delivery?
$11 for postage and $15 courier for South East Queensland. Delivery charges outside of South East Queensland are calculated upon request. Free delivery for orders over $1000.
What are my delivery options?
We use Australia Post, Aramex Couriers and Couriers Please.
How long will it take from the time I place my order to the time it is dispatched?
Standard production time is 7 – 10 working days before dispatch, however if you have a presentation date that is sooner please let us know as we can usually accommodate.
Can you deliver Australia-wide?
Yes.

ENRAVING & ARTWORK


What is the cost of engraving?
Engraving is built into the cost of the trophy. We can provide and all-inclusive quote upon request.
What should I have engraved on my awards?
We can engrave almost any text. We are happy to offer suggestion on engraving text based on our years of experience in the industry.
What type of logo files can I submit?
PDF, EPS and black and white JPG if the file is high enough quality.
What kind of text documents can I submit?
We accept text in a Word Document, Excel Spreadsheet or typed out in your email with your order.
Will I get to approve the artwork before you engrave my awards?
Yes. We send artwork layouts for approval before engraving.
How many characters / lines of engraving are allowed?
This really depends on the award. You can have as much text as you like provided there is enough space on the award. The price will stay the same regardless of how many lines of engraving you have.

GENERAL


How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment via Direct Debit, Credit Card or EFTPOS.
Can I make changes to my order once placed?
You can make changes to your order up until layouts are approved. Once layouts are approved we cannot make changes to your order.
I want a repeat of my last order; do you keep that information?
Yes, we keep the details of all orders on file for easy future ordering.
Do you engrave foreign languages?
Yes.
What if my order is incorrect when it arrives?
If your order is incorrect when it arrives due to an error at our end we will re-supply the correct product free of charge. Incorrect orders due to customer error will need to be re-ordered at the customer’s own expense.

Can I pick up my order?
Yes.
Where can I pick up my order?
Orders can be collected from our office at 7/34 Old Pacific Highway, Yatala between the hours of 8am and 3.30pm Monday to Thursday.
